What does a site cost?
It depends on how many pages you need, whether we're writing the words, and whether
booking or payments are involved. We quote after one call, in writing, and the number
doesn't move unless the job does. If you want a range before you call, say so in the form
and we'll send one.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks from the call for most projects. The part that slows it down is
almost always photos and content from your side — we'll tell you exactly what we need on
day one so it doesn't sit.
I don't have any good photos.
Common, and fixable. We'll either direct a shoot, work with what's on your phone, or
build the design around type and colour so it doesn't lean on photography. What we won't do
is fill your site with stock images of someone else's business.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. We hand over a site you can edit — hours, prices, photos, new services — and we walk
you through it on a recorded call you can keep. If you'd rather never touch it, that's what
the care plan is for.
Do you work outside the coast?
Yes. Most of the work happens over calls and shared links regardless of where you are.
Local businesses get an in-person kickoff if they want one.
What if I already have a site?
Then the first question is whether it needs rebuilding or just fixing. Sometimes the
honest answer is that a day of cleanup beats a new site, and we'll tell you that even
though it's the smaller invoice.
